With its Capital, Bologna, the Region is the birthplace of some of the most celebrated ingredients of Italian cuisine worldwide, such as Prosciutto, Mortadella, Aceto Balsamico and Parmigiano Reggiano.
Every dish we prepare is rooted in or inspired by the culinary heritage of Emilia, its ingredients and its spirit.
